city centre

New city centre developments are usually quite complex. Not only because of the many stakeholders, but also because the area to be developed is often quite limited.

One of the principles for change in a city centre is the analysis of the existing main structures and the characteristics of the urban environment.

Based on the existing main structures, we find creative solutions that give each city centre vitality and make it attractive.

The changes are made to accessibility, new facilities and of course, the addition of residential homes. Another important aspect is the lay-out of an attractive public area and parking facilities will always require inventive solutions.

The plans are developed to fit in with the existing urban environment and existing listed buildings are carefully integrated into these plans. Our planning process also consists of consultation with the city council, developers, independent organisations, businesses and residents to agree on the development of an attractive new city centre.
