Employment zones are an integral part of the urban area.

Multi-functionality and multiple space utilisation make employment zones much more attractive. After decades of separation between living and working areas, we are now striving towards integration.

People should not just go to an employment zone because they need to; it should be a space with greenery, water features, parks and leisure areas for people to enjoy.

Streets and company premises are separated by grass verges and avenue trees. We don't want streets or large paved areas to be part of the company premises or to dominate the view. Each individual project needs the right balance between green zones, an attractive spatial lay-out and a natural integration within the wider area.
